The Project – DéCorer were commissioned by a local developer to complete the full internal decoration on four new build high specification bungalows in Cannock.
Each bungalow consists of two large bedrooms, a kitchen diner and a bathroom. The project was completed on behalf of a friend of our Director Paul Proud. This meant every care was taken to deal with the project in a professional and timely manor. There was a very quick turnaround on these bungalows as they were required to be ready for sale.
At present three of the four bungalows have sold.

The Project – a completely new paint scheme was required for three large offices set within a modern office block in Key Point, Cannock.
DéCorer were approached when some of the offices in Key Point were in need of a new lease of life. We worked closely with the business owner to decide which colour schemes would work in these modern offices. When working on a commercial project we often have to complete the job whilst the staff and business continues to operate. This was the case with Key Point.
Working with the company director and staff we chose the appropriate colour schemes and set to work with a turnaround of just a few days. All of the was completed whilst the staff continued with their normal daily routine.
Here’s what they had to say…
“Massive thanks to DéCorer for transforming our offices, we love them. We will now spend more time at work!”
Kayleigh Schaefer, Accounts Manager, UK Automotive Products Ltd

The Project – Gresham Road is a new build regeneration development within Worcester built by Willmott Dixon. The site includes 22 apartments, 14 houses, 3 bungalows and 2 retail units.
DéCorer were approached when the original decorators failed to meet the terms of their ongoing contract. This meant we had a really tight deadline of just 4 weeks to turnaround this project. The entire area has undergone drastic changes over the past two years and these were the final stages of the regeneration project. Although the timeline and budget were really strict the team at DéCorer were able to deliver in time for the hand over.
Real Life vs. Artist Impression
The Project – Oakwood House is a large retirement village on Pershore Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham. It has 70 large apartments and a range of amenities all within walking distance.
DéCorer were approached by Seddon Construction Ltd to help assist in the completion of the decorating of Oakwood House retirement village. Less than a week later we had 16 highly skilled painters on site to lend a hand in getting this project completed on time. We completed both internal painting and wallpapering and external painting over a 6 week period. This job was unusual as we were required to work on site with other decorating teams as a matter of urgency in order to meet the clients deadline.
The job consisted of 70 large individual apartments, an onsite shop and hairdressing salon, communal areas including dining and sitting rooms and corridors and a roof top garden.
Here’s what they had to say…

The Project – consisted of three large bars that were re-branding to become the Merchant. They were based in Cannock, Newcastle Under Lyme and Nottingham. The re-brand was turning these traditional bars into up and coming restaurants.
The aim of the re-brand was to encourage a food clientèle rather than the traditional bar market. The re-launch of these restaurants required a complete overhaul with regards to the decoration. Each of the bars had a new colour scheme that represented the new brand. This job required a quick turnaround of just 7 days and included both internal and external decoration – both painting and wallpapering.
DéCorer worked closely with the owners of The Merchant to ensure the newly decorated restaurants closely matched the new branding.
