Décorer have started work on the first of 2 schemes in West Bridgford, Nottingham which we have been awarded with McCarthy & Stone. The first scheme is a Assisted Living building at River View Court in West Bridgford. The building comprises of 58 stylish one and two bedroom apartments. Its location on the banks of the River Trent offers beautiful river views. 

The second scheme which is due to start in August 2016 is a building exclusively for the over 60s, this brand new development will offer a choice of 36 luxurious one and two bedroom apartments in a central location ideal for retirement, with balconies and garden views to select apartments. 

Décorer have been awarded the contract to decorate a new retirement scheme in Newcastle under Lyme for Willmott Dixon. The scheme will have 65 spacious apartments of which 37 will be two bedroom and 28 one bedroom apartments; which will be available for affordable rent. Within the scheme there is also a lounge and communal areas for socialising and leisure activities; and an on-site restaurant. We start on site in June 2016 with a completion date of September 2016.

After the very successful completion of Earlsdon Village in Coventry, Galliford Try have awarded Décorer the contract to decorate Longbridge Retirement Village.

Longbridge will comprise of 260 retirement apartments and will offer a range of communal facilities including a village hall, bar and bistro, gym, IT suite, hair and beauty salon and shop that can be accessed by residents, their families and Longbridge residents.

Up to 50 activities will be on offer per week including choir singing, IT, wheelchair aerobics and gardening.
